Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.


Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped from the United States using UPS or USPS for domestic deliveries and DHL for international shipments. Domestic orders benefit from discounted standard shipping rates, while international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on carrier and location. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays due to weather, carriers, or customs are beyond our control.
Insurance & Signature Requirement
Orders valued over $100 include additional insurance and require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your package is delivered securely. If you are unavailable to sign, you may need to arrange pickup directly with the carrier.


Shipping Liability & Responsibility
After an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:
•    Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
•    Delivery delays caused by the carrier
•    Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If any of these issues occur, please contact us at support@luxandlaces.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue. Customers must cooperate with us during the claims process, as refunds or replacements depend on the carrier’s determination. Failure to provide requested information, such as proof of loss or damage, may prevent recovery of a refund.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional shipping fees to resend.


International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Customs-related delays are outside our control. If a package is refused or undeliverable internationally, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
