All Sales Are Final
Due to the high demand and unique nature of our products, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Please carefully review all product photos, descriptions, and condition notes prior to purchasing. If you have any questions before checkout, we encourage you to contact us—our team is always here to help ensure you feel confident in your purchase.
Resale Assistance Program (Not a Return or Refund)
While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. In select cases—and solely at our discretion—we may offer assistance in reselling an eligible item back to us.
Please note:
The Resale Assistance Program is not a return, refund, or exchange. It is a separate, optional resale transaction in which we may choose to repurchase your item under specific terms. If approved, all pricing, conditions, and offers are determined solely by us.
How the Program Works
If your item meets our eligibility requirements, we may offer to:
• Repurchase the item for a portion of the original item price (excluding tax and shipping), typically refunded to your original payment method, or
• Provide store credit at a slightly higher value.
Final offers vary based on item condition, demand, and other factors and are made completely at our discretion.
Once the item is received and passes inspection, payment will be issued either via your original payment method or as store credit.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for resale consideration:
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
• The item must pass our inspection and authentication process.
• Earrings and intimate items are always final sale and not eligible.
Resale offers are not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to decline service based on item type, condition, or customer history.
Cancellations
Orders are processed and shipped quickly, meaning we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Once an order is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process
immediately and cannot be reversed.
In rare cases, a cancellation may be granted at our discretion, typically in the following situations:
• Returning customers with a positive purchase history
• First-time buyers on Whatnot (subject to Whatnot’s policies)
Even in these cases, cancellation is not guaranteed. All requests are reviewed individually and must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
For Whatnot purchases:
Cancellation requests made after the livestream ends are automatically declined.
For all other orders:
Once an item is in transit or in final stages of fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible.
